Design and Manufacturing of Special Tools

Poliangolar offers a design and production service for special tools according to the most varied customer and mechanical sector requirements.

Thanks to the technical expertise acquired in our 60 years of experience, we manufacture tools for special profiles according to customer drawings and in compliance with DIN, ANSI, Cuna, SAE standards. Non-standard tools of high precision and quality are manufactured, with delivery times of a few working days.

For heavy-duty machining, Poliangolar tools can also be supplied with TIN-PVD coating: suitable for machining soft materials, it reduces tool wear and the tendency to seize.

For the machining of abrasive and very hard materials, we offer the top-of-the-range 'POLY' coating, which is particularly suitable for machining stainless steel and under heavy thermal loads.
